What spelling of Jacob do you like? Also whats a good middle name for it?

I prefer Jakob because for short you can call him Jake and the K is already there. I know you can call him Jake either way, but I like Jakob better than Jacob. What do you think?

As for middle names I like:

Jakob Andrew

Jakob Octavian (yay or nay on this?)

Jakob Octavius (yay or nay on this too?)

Jakob Riley

Any other suggestions?

What spelling of Jacob do you like? Also whats a good middle name for it?
Hey, I like Jakob. It's actually what my cousin choose to name her baby boy so I'm a little biased but I really like it and it sets him apart from the other Jacob's a bit. My top two choices for his middle name would be Jakob Andrew or Jakob Riley in that order. The other two are a little too out there for me but it's your choice. Good luck and Congrats! Enjoy baby Jake!
Reply:Jacob Patrick = JP nickname
Reply:I like Jakob spelled with a "C" mostly because it looks right spelled that way, and because that is how I spelled my sons name -JACOB DANIEL! I call him Jake tho!!
Reply:I like Jacob Riley

although i understand why you want the K instead of the c. My son's name is Nickolas and i get a lot of why did you spell it with a K??/ (hubby decided which way to spell it)
Reply:Jakob Andrew is cool.

nay on both the Octavian and Octavius.

Suggestion: Jakob Aaron
Reply:JAKOB OCTAVIUS. hello!!!
Reply:Try Jakob Ryder. I think that is a nice name too.
Reply:jacob looks so much better to me..

and jacob evan sounds good together
Reply:I really don't like it spelled with a K. Trust me, it will drive him crazy!! Everyone will spell it with a C all through school and he will constantly be correcting them or just have to deal with using a name that isn't his. You really do have to take how he will have to live with it, into consideration. As for middle names, I like Riley, Andrew, Scott, and Daniel.
Reply:i like jacob andrew... you can still call him jake
Reply:I like your spelling of Jakob what about a middle name of David. I know its a common name but I think it sh=ounds really nice!
Reply:Jakob Riley

Jakob Ryan

Jakob Ryder

Jacob Garrett

Jakob Tyler

Jakob Cameron

Jakob Travis

Jakob Andrew

Jakob Anthony

Jakob William

Jakob Evan

Jakob Matthew

Jakob Sean

Jakob Wyatt

Jakob Aaron

Thumbs down on the O names
Reply:jacob immanuel
Reply:I like it spelled Jacob. Jacob Andrew is nice.
Reply:Jakob Aaron would make more sense, or something else Biblical that goes with the very Hebrew name you've chosen (regardless of how it's spelled). Putting Jakob with Octavian or Octavius mocks several generations of Roman persecution of the Jews. And, unless you are a Christian/Jewish couple, Jakob Riley (which is historically Irish Catholic) is an odd combination, as well. Just my thoughts, of course. Have a beautiful healthy baby!!
Reply:Jacob riley or Jacob Andrew. if you spell it Jakob everyone will always be misspelling it
Reply:I like Jakob spelled Jacob because it just looks right but I'm a visual person so anyway...

How many syllables is your last name? If it is also 2, then you need a middle name with 1 or 3 syllables. So, I like Jakob Dean or Jakob Scott. For 3 syllables I like Jakob Nathaniel or Jakob Octavian.

good luck!
Reply:If you spell Jacob with a 'K' instead of a 'C', no one will spell his name correctly on official documents, etc., and he will have to fix them all his life.

Middle names - pay attention to initials [ if your last name starts with a K, you don't want to use Riley, because initials will be JRK - jerk ].
Reply:I like Jakob too..and Andrew %26amp; Riley,the other two,eh,a little dramatic in my opinion..%26gt;=)Heres a few ideas...

Jakob________ Connor, Emerson, Daniel, Henry,Todd, Ian
Reply:I like it better with the "C" instead of the "K", but that's just me. He's your son so you can spell it however you want. For middle names I think I like Riley the best; Andrew second; and I don't really care for the other two. How about Ryan?
