Need opinions on a Name spelling?

Found out a few weeks ago Im having a girl, Were naming here Mya,Maya,Mayah, or Myah, which spelling is the best your votes will decide. Im trying to make it so pronunciation is easy for people when she's older and doesnt get botched

Need opinions on a Name spelling?
I like Myah :] that's just me because it's not too plain and it's not too weirdly spelled either. the "h" at the end adds some funk to it.
Reply:I prefer the simple, unpretentious Mya. Focus on the person, not the name, imho.
Reply:Myah is deffinately easiest and looks pretty too...

congrats on the newborn :) or should i say nearly born!

good luck, all the best!
Reply:i would go with mya! its simple but a very pretty name!! i love it!!
Reply:I like Maya. It looks the nicest and does not make the pronounciation confusing.
Reply:My cousins name is Maya.. and I guess it's pronounced Mia, I don't see see it lol it looks like (May-ah) to me lol. I think you should go with Myah or Mia.
Reply:i like mya the best
Reply:I like the traditional spelling of Maya. I think your daughter would appreciate it to. I deviated a bit on my daughters name, just changed an e to an i. Everybody misspells her name and it drives her crazy.
Reply:I like maya it makes it very easy for her to learn to spell and for other kids to spell :) Lovely name whichever spelling you decide!...xxx
Reply:Myah or Mayah...

One with a "h" at then end...

Cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !!

xxxx
Reply:I like Maya. Seems like it would be hard to mispronounce that but people still find a way. And I love the name. So simple yet cute!
Reply:the best spelling of this name is maya this will be the good pronounciation for her
Reply:maya
Reply:Maya because that is the way it is supposed to be spelled. Creative spellings for names fly right up my left nostril.
Reply:Myah.
Reply:Maya is the best spelling because it's the most common spelling because of the writer, Maya Angelou. Most people will spell it this way even if you spell it a different way. Good Luck :)
Reply:Maya.

It's the obvious spelling - the one worn by Maya Angelou.

Mya makes me want to say "Mee-ah" - plenty of people swap out an "i" for a "y" these days. Ditto Myah. And I don't see the point of adding an "h" to the end of Mayah. Again, it makes me wonder if it is some other name.

The other valid option is Maia, the name as it appears in Greek mythology.

But I'd stick with Maya. Other spellings might be less common, but they're also far more confusing. And you're right to choose the spelling that will cause your daughter the least grief over the years.

Maya is a lovely choice. Best wishes!
Reply:I love the name Mayah, it's perfect.
Reply:I like Maya...it's fun, pretty and you won't have mispronunciation accidents...how you say it is how it's spelled.
Reply:i think bc it is a little bit of a different name, you should always stick with the traditional spelling! maya sounds, looks, and will be the easiest to pronounce! pretty name!

good luck and congrats!
Reply:Maya
Reply:Actually I prefer Maia. Of your ideas my fave is Maya.
Reply:Maya
Reply:In my opinion Mayah
Reply:Out of those, I would spell it Maya. It looks much better than the rest of them and it will most likely be spelled that way by others too. Most people are familiar with it so they will pronounce it correctly without problems. Mya, Mayah, and Myah look ghetto. My personal favorite is Maia.
Reply:Maya.

Though I would prefer another name like 'Mia' :)
Reply:Mya is the better out of the choices.
Reply:i like Myah. that's a really great name choice.

congrats and good luck :]
Reply:Myah
Reply:i would go for Maya

but i quite like it spelt Mia too, but i guess it could be pronounced "Meea" and your trying to avoide that. :)
Reply:Maiah-now thas cute
