What do you think of the name "Leyla Noor" or "Leyla Nur" (in any spelling? Leila, Layla, Noor, Nur, etc.)?

Do you think it goes well together?

Is it "obviously foreign"?

How do you picture this person in appearance AND attitude?

What do you think of the name "Leyla Noor" or "Leyla Nur" (in any spelling? Leila, Layla, Noor, Nur, etc.)?
I would spell this:

Layla Noor or Leila Noor.

The spelling of "Noor" reminds me of Queen Noor, and she is beautiful! I love Noor as a middle name. I'm not a fan of Nur - I would pronounce this "Ner".

I think that it looks foreign, but not in a way that will be a hurdle in any way. It is obvious how to pronounce it and it isn't difficult.

It sounds more like an international name - she could be from anywhere and it sounds like someone who is well educated, elegant, and popular without being snobbish.
Reply:1. It sounds like a first and last name

2. The Noor/Nur makes it obvious. Leyla/Leila is fairly common here in the US. (Nur means "only" in German too :) I saw Leyla Only )

3. Arabic? Bosnian?(thinking of Lejla by Hari Mata Hari)

She has pretty dark long hair. She's honest but friendly and soft-mannered
Reply:I like Leyla, Leila, Layla, Lela, Laela. . .

I don't like Noor/Nur. . .However, it does sound foreign. . .French. . .

I see a very pretty lady with this name. . .Long hair, fair skin, Long legs; a model. . .
Reply:I think they sound wonderful together, I like leila, not so much Nur, but they're amazing together!

Leila is not obviously foreign but Noor sounds India. Don't worry, Its not a bad thing.
Reply:Layla Noor is pretty. I don't think Layla alone sounds foreign, though Noor definately does. You won't probably too often say Layla Noor when talking to or about her. I think it's a beautiful name.
Reply:I might think that someone named Leila Noor may be of Middle Eastern or Islamic heritage, but it doesn't necessarily have to be that way. I'd picture this person as potentially exotic and interesting.
Reply:I don't like Noor or Nur, but it is obviously foreign and I love Layla (Leila is OK, but not Leyla).
Reply:Layla Noor, i cant say anything about picturing or anything!
Reply:Beautiful and regal.
Reply:Leila Noor
Reply:i like the spelling Leila. Noor is nice.

Reply:i like layla nur
