Why do Steelers fans have trouble spelling out their team name?

I've noticed this on several posts...and a lot of the time it doesn't appear to be a simple typo.

Reply:well it depends what you spell it as. sometimes its done on purpose in order to represent something. if it doesnt seem to make sense after you try to make it mean something. then they must be some dumb fans :)
