My great grandmother was italian and spelled hers Serafina, I love this name and if I had another girl I would name her Serafina. I would give it a 10.

I think it's a five. It seems a little long and abstract in it's whole form. And the nn Sara is nice but a little boring.
Reply:i've seen the name in a book, spelt Serafina, but i have a penpal who spells it Sierafinah. i love the name its not very common so i would rate it a 9.
